The Landlord and Tenant are hereinafter jointly referred to as "Parties."

1. Property Description
The Landlord agrees to rent to the Tenant the residential premises situated at:

2. Term of Tenancy
The tenancy shall commence on __________ (start date) and shall continue for a period of _____ months/years, ending on __________ (end date), unless terminated earlier according to the terms herein.
If the tenancy is for a period exceeding 11 months, this agreement shall be registered as per applicable law.

3. Rent

8. Termination

The Landlord may terminate the agreement for breach of any terms, non-payment of rent, or illegal use of property.

9. Dispute Resolution
